How to commission a project?

You will order your product session in the marshal online. In the first step you will create a session and check its cost. The second step is a place for your brief, or session guidelines.

What to do after ordering?

You will receive a message from us confirming the submission of the project and the general terms of cooperation. Now is a good time to donate products. You can do it in person or send a package. We work from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.

Do you coordinate shipping and receiving of products?

Customers carry out pickup and shipping orders by couriers themselves. After the session is over, we will safely pack your products and make sure that Mr. courier will pick up the package.

What is the lead time?

The current lead time is given in the first step of the online order. Usually there are 4 working days. Confirming the project, we will send you a message with an exact completion date.

Packshots needed for tomorrow?

When placing an order, select the 24 or 48h option in the form. Remember that the realizations are made on business days.

Implementation ahead of schedule?

It is possible! If the project is closed and verified beforehand, it will be handed over before the declared date. To speed things up even more, we hand over projects twice a day.

Will we talk about my session?

Want to provide more information than in the order form? Visit us in person or give us a call.

When do I pay the invoice?

Your project will be submitted for execution after payment of the proforma invoice. To receive an invoice with extended payment terms, contact us before ordering the project.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Until the project is confirmed, you can cancel or change the order at any time. You will do this by contacting us.

What is an online session?

With online access, you can manage your session from anywhere with your phone or computer.

We will provide you with shots from the session prepared based on the guidelines you provided in the order.

You can provide comments or even order additional photos for the project.

How and when to join an online session?

We will send you a message with access and deadline in an additional message. If you care about a specific day, contact us. You will receive a direct link where more shots from the session will appear.

How to communicate comments

The online session gives you the opportunity to provide comments directly to the photographer, with the help of an internal communicator. You can also simply call us.

Do I have to attend an online session?

Sure you don’t have to! We then work independently based on the guidelines provided in the order.

In the case of the first session, we will send you after the session a styptic, that is, a preview of all the shots from the studio. Your approval will be the signal for us to forward the photos for retouching.

Usually each subsequent session is limited to placing an order and the pictures themselves are realized without taking up your time!

Can I share access to the session with others?

Sure, we work with whole teams during sessions. All you have to do is pass the link you receive for the session on.

Can I attend the session in person?

If you would like to attend a session in Warsaw, please contact us. We will confirm if there is currently such a possibility.

Where can I find pictures?

After each implementation, we will send you access to all your current projects. You can view the photos on your phone and computer. You’ll be sharing them with others in no time.

What to do after implementation?

Use photos to your heart’s content. We love how hard our photos work! If you want to make changes at the post-production level, let us know. Would you like to pick up the products already? Let us know and the package will be waiting to be picked up.

Can I have corrections made?

Of course! We will do one round of touch-ups at the retouching level especially for you.

You get full copyright to the product images, with no restrictions on time as well as territory. Exceptions may be made for photos with an image or when a contract defining this issue has been concluded.

When can I pick up the products?

The products are received after the approval of the photos. Do you need them faster? Contact us.

You will order your marshal session online. Click on the button below and choose Model from the available options. In the first step you will create a session and check its cost. The second step is the space for your brief (expectations from the session). Now all you have to do is click order.

Why I don't pay for a model, make-up and stylist

We rejected the model, where the budget additionally provides for the rental of a studio, model, make-up or stylist. Implementation of such projects takes a long time and generates high costs. Currently in the marshal you don’t even pay for a model. We will take care of the organization, and you pay only for the photo!

Copyright

The photos with the model are framed in a way that omits the cost of permission to distribute the image. We, on the other hand, transfer full rights to use the photos. As a result, you get pictures without any restrictions.

Choosing a model for the session

Don’t worry about castings or model selection. We will select and work with a model, so you do not waste time and money. The model will have a fair complexion, random hair color and size XS/S.

We will provide you with shots from the session prepared based on the guidelines you provided in the order.

Technical data of photos with model

By default, the photos will be transmitted on a light gray background at a resolution of 1280×1920 pixels. Let us know in the brief. Do you need other photos? Tailor the photos to your requirements when ordering online.

Can I commission 1 photo?

Yes, you can have us take as many photos as you want.

Shoes, accessories?

The model will be at the session without explicit jewelry, and we will choose appropriate footwear for the styling. You can send us styling with your footwear or jewelry.

Do you photograph everything?

In the case of a session with a model without an image, we do not photograph lingerie and erotic outfits.

How much does a photo cost?

You can find the price list in the menu. No hidden costs or rate hikes during the project. In marshal you can count on simple terms, fixed rates and stability of cooperation.

Unless otherwise ordered, photos are submitted at a resolution of 2000x2000px, in JPG format and RGB color space.

Is the price for packshot the price for 1 photo?

Yes, the phrase packshot is synonymous with product photography. In short: 3 packshots are 3 photos of a product.
