Getting to our studio in Warsaw

- Take a bus to the Goraszewska 04 stop on Bonifacego Street. The office building is right by the stop, next to the Sadyba Best Mall shopping centre.
- Enter the building from Bonifacego Street.
- Take the lift next to the security desk to the 2nd floor.
Coming by car? There is a barrier behind the building. Ring at the barrier and say you are going to marszalstudio.
Rather not ship your products? Drop them off in person at our photo studio in Warsaw. No appointment needed.
Shipping your products to the studio
You can send us your products from anywhere in Europe. Shipments from outside the EU, such as the UK or Switzerland, go through customs both ways.
- Place your order in the app. The confirmation email includes your project number.
- Send the parcel to the studio address and write the project number on it.
- After the shoot, we pack your products and hand them to the courier you book. We store them free of charge for up to 10 days.

Questions about contact and delivery
Can I drop off my products at the studio in person?
Yes, Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:00 (CET), without an appointment. Write the project number from your order confirmation email on the package.
Do you work with clients outside Warsaw?
Yes, with companies from all over Poland and Europe. You send your products by courier, watch the shoot online in the Live session and download the finished photos from the same place.
When do I pay for my order?
Your project goes into production once the pro forma invoice has been paid or you have sent us confirmation of the transfer. If you would like an invoice with deferred payment terms, please contact us before placing the order.
Can we talk about my shoot?
Would you like to share more information than the brief allows? Let us know. We can arrange a phone call or a video meeting. The online session is included in the price: at the agreed time, you follow the work as it happens and pass your comments to the photographer.
Can I attend the shoot in person?
If you would like to attend the shoot in Warsaw, please contact us. We will confirm whether this is currently possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Until the project is confirmed for production, you can cancel or change your order at any time. Just contact us.
