- In the final step, add your guidelines in the brief.
What should I do after placing an order?

Do you arrange shipping and collection of products?
You book the courier for delivery and collection yourself. After the shoot, we will pack your products securely and make sure the courier collects the parcel.
What is the turnaround time?
In the app, you choose the turnaround: Standard - 4 working days, Day after tomorrow - 2 days or Tomorrow - 1 day. The current turnaround is shown in the first step of the order, under each type of shoot. Once the project is confirmed, we will send you a message with the planned delivery date.
The turnaround is counted in working days from the moment your products reach the studio, your payment is received and the brief is complete.
Can you shoot packshots for tomorrow or the day after?
In the app, in the “Scope and price” step, choose “Tomorrow” or “Day after tomorrow”. Please note - the turnaround is counted in working days from the moment your products reach the studio, your payment is received and the brief is complete.
Can the photos be ready before the deadline?
If the project is completed and checked earlier, we will deliver it before the stated deadline.
Can we talk about my shoot?
Would you like to share more information than the brief allows? Let us know. We can arrange a phone call or a video meeting. The online session is included in the price: at the agreed time, you follow the work as it happens and pass your comments to the photographer.
When do I pay for my order?
Your project goes into production once the pro forma invoice has been paid or you have sent us confirmation of the transfer. If you would like an invoice with deferred payment terms, please contact us before placing the order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Until the project is confirmed for production, you can cancel or change your order at any time. Just contact us.
During the shoot
What is an online session?
With online access, you can direct the shoot from anywhere, using your phone or computer.
We will share shots from the product shoot with you, prepared according to the guidelines you gave in your order.
You can send comments or order additional photos for the project.
Please remember that the product photos you see during the online session have not been through any post-production yet - it is fresh material, straight from the studio.
How and when do I join the online session?
Before the shoot, we will send you a message with a personal link, a password and the production date. If a specific date matters to you, please contact us. The link opens the online session, where you can view the photos and add comments without creating an account.
How do I send my comments?
In Live Session, you mark each photo as OK or Needs changes, draw your comments with the brush or a pin and write in the chat with the photographer and retoucher. After the shoot ends, you still have one hour for comments. You can also simply give us a call.
Do I have to take part in the online session?
No, you don't. If you don't have time to join the online session, that's no problem. Unless the shoot has been cancelled, it will go ahead without you. Photos taken according to the brief appear in Live Session, and after the shoot ends you still have one hour for comments.
Then the photos go to retouching.
Usually, every subsequent shoot comes down to placing an order, and the photos are taken without needing any of your time.
Can I share the online session with other people?
Yes, we work with entire teams during shoots. Simply forward the link and password you received for the session.
Can I attend the shoot in person?
If you would like to attend the shoot in Warsaw, please contact us. We will confirm whether this is currently possible.
How do you keep photos in a series consistent?
The current trend favours a natural look. We avoid artificially distorting shapes and outlines just to force consistency.
We keep the positioning of products consistent during the shoot, following our standards and the brief. At the same time, we focus on each product individually, lighting and styling it separately to bring out its best features.
After the shoot
Where will I find the finished photos?
After each completed project, we will send you access to the finished photos for one month. You can view them on your phone and computer and share them with other people in no time.

When do I need to collect my products?
Unless agreed otherwise, products are collected immediately after the photos are approved. We will store your products free of charge for up to 10 days after the shoot.
Can I request amendments?
Of course! We will carry out one round of amendments to the retouching. You can mark your comments directly on the photo during the online session, and once you receive the finished photos, just write to us.
Will I get the copyright to the photos?
You receive full copyright to product photos, with no time or territorial limits. Exceptions may apply to photos showing a person's likeness or where a contract covering this has been signed.
Who books the courier after the shoot?
You book the courier for collection. We will pack the products and hand the parcel over to the courier.
