How to order a product photo shoot

How it works

From order to packshot. The whole process in 4 steps.

    You order in the app

    You choose the type and number of photos, extras and turnaround, and see the price right away. Finally, you add your brief and billing details.

  2. You · courier or in person

    You send your products

    After ordering, you receive an email with your project number. Ship the parcel to the studio by courier and write the number on it. You can also drop the products off in person, Mon-Fri 8:00-16:00 (CET).

  3. We shoot, you watch

    You approve photos in the Live session

    Before the shoot, you get a link to the Live session, no account needed. You mark each photo as OK or Needs changes and draw your comments on the photo.

  4. Us · 1-4 working days

    You download the finished photos

    You download the photos in the Live session, one by one or as a ZIP file, for 30 days after the project is completed. One round of retouching amendments is included.

You choose the turnaround when ordering

Applies to packshots, organicshots and clothing. We count the turnaround from when your products, payment and complete brief reach us. For commercial, lifestyle and model shoots, we agree the shoot date with you.

Example: we have your products, payment and brief on Monday. Photos ready by Friday at the latest.

    You add AI or premium retouching, background removal, a shadow or your own size and choose the turnaround. The price updates instantly.

  3. Screen 3

    Brief and billing details

    You describe what you expect from the photos and enter your billing details. After you submit, you receive an email with your project number.

Without extras, you get JPG photos at 2000 × 2000 px on a white background, with colour accuracy checked. AI or premium retouching gives a perfectly white background and removes dirt and marks.

Questions about ordering

Can I order different types of photos at once?

Yes. In the app, each type of photos is a separate shoot, for example packshots and lifestyle. Add several shoots to the cart and order them together.

How can I check the cost of a project before ordering?

Check the cost of your project in the ordering app. This does not commit you to placing an order. Remember that you can contact us at any time. We will prepare a quote for you.

When do I pay for my order?

Your project goes into production once the pro forma invoice has been paid or you have sent us confirmation of the transfer. If you would like an invoice with deferred payment terms, please contact us before placing the order.

Can I order just one photo?

Yes. You can order packshots, organicshots and clothing photos from a single photo. A commercial shoot has a minimum of 5 photos, and we quote lifestyle and model shoots individually.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Until the project is confirmed for production, you can cancel or change your order at any time. Just contact us.

How much does a group photo cost?

Photos showing two or more products are charged as group photos. So if a single photo contains two or more separate products, the rate increases by 50%.

Sets with additional elements, such as a product with its packaging, can be shot as a single packshot - by prior arrangement with us.

How do I order clothing photos (ghost mannequin, hanger, flat lay)?

If you need ghost mannequin photos, hanger shots or flat lays, choose Clothing in the app.
