Studio in Warsaw, products shipped from UK and EU
Our main studio is in Warsaw. You send your products by courier: within the EU a parcel usually arrives within a few business days, with no customs paperwork. From the UK allow 2-6 business days plus customs clearance in both directions - please contact us before you ship. After the shoot we pack your products securely and you book the return courier. Photos are ready on average 2.5 days after your parcel arrives, and we store your products free of charge for up to 10 days.

What services does marszalstudio offer?
We offer the full range of product photography: white background packshots, ghost mannequin, lifestyle and organicshot sessions, advertising photography and professional retouching. We specialise in beauty, cosmetics, jewellery, fashion, sports equipment, FMCG and home accessories.
Where do the photoshoots take place?
Our main studio is located in Warsaw. UK and EU clients usually ship their products to us by courier - this is the fastest and most cost-effective option. After the shoot we pack the products securely and you book the return courier; parcels from the UK go through customs in both directions. We deliver finished photos digitally within a few working days.
How much does a product photoshoot cost?
The price depends on the session type, number of products and number of shots. The full pricing range is available on our product photography pricing page. As a guideline: a single white background packshot starts from €9, commercial photos cost €47 net per photo (min. 5 photos), and lifestyle shoots and photos with a model are priced individually.
How do I order a session?
Order online in the app in 3 steps: choose a shoot, set the scope and see the price, then add your brief and billing details. Lifestyle shoots and photos with a model are priced on request - send a request in the studio chat. The full ordering process is described on our how to order product photography page.
What is the turnaround time?
On average 2.5 days from product arrival, and up to 4 working days as standard. If you need the photos urgently, packshots and organicshots can be ordered with express delivery: day after tomorrow (+50% of the session value) or tomorrow, i.e. within 24h (+100%). Lifestyle, commercial and model sessions need a session date to be agreed, and we deliver the photos within 4 working days of the shoot.
Do I get full rights to the images?
Yes. You get full copyright to the photos, with no time or territory limits, including commercial use in your shop, on marketplaces, on social media and in print. The only exception is the likeness of a professional model, which you may use for 2 years.
Who pays for shipping the products?
You book and pay for the courier yourself, in both directions. Send your products to ul. Konstancińska 2, 2nd floor, 02-942 Warsaw, Poland, with your order number on the parcel. After the shoot we pack them and store them free of charge for up to 10 days.
How many revisions are included?
One round of retouching revisions. You request it from the gallery link you receive with your photos. During the shoot you can also comment on the shots live in the Live session.
